Practice

For Practice Tonight, Because there will be some people not there, Watch the video that Ass posted up earlier, this will be the "practice" tonight, also I should be on and I am going to be trying to futher enhance my skills, what I mean by that is look at how other people play ( your class) see if there are things that you dont do that could help you get better and the team. or things that entire teams do that would help us. I dont want us to copy other teams, more like incorporate there skills and yours.

TWL MATCH 2/1/2009

So as for a recap of lastnight, the final score was 2-1 Uber. we lost in overtime. now I had a lot of time to think about things before I put this post up. First off I want to say thank you for everyone last night we had a great turn out. and everyone was pumped when we started!! we had Energy coming out of our Ears!! I don't care what anyone thinks, we are the better team and I hope to see them in the playoffs. We LOST that game, they did not win it. you guys really need to start believing in your selves, and Don't let shit get you Down, I am not going to repeat my saying because you all know it. but its the Truth!! if you think you are playing like shit, you will!! Last night we all had our Strength's and weakness's. Too big things I saw both had to do with Medics.... So I will start with us. Matt, you are by far the best medic I have seen, you and I work as 1 unit, you know when to pop the uber and you know when you shouldn't, you know when I am going to turn a corner and I have your back at all costs, you know how to float in-between players to maximize uber and heal everyone up... but you fucked up last night. there is no if ands or buts about it. we missed 4 GAME changing ubers that lead to our demise. Medic is most likely the hardest position there is, most people say its easy but you are the Web that holds us together. So with that being said you are still on first string, everyone has there off days... just don't do that shit again. you are the best Matt. No on to the other team, so what we need to do is kill the MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC... wait did I say that enough? we need to take out the medic first always!!!! that medic might as well had a Shield on. he was always alive and I could always see him running away. that is not a option. everyone on our team is among the best in the game, Our skills are there, we just need to work as a unit. So with that being said. I am going to treat this like last year. Everything goes thru me. I will be calling the shots and No one else, unless I state otherwise. This is how the team will break down.

Satoshi - In charge of practices. Satoshi will set them up and get everyone ready.

ASS- Strat man, We will all be discussing Strats, but Ass will be heading up the charge, he will review them with me and we will go from there.

In Game Leader- that's Me, I am going to do this like last year. I will be telling everyone where to go and when to do it.


Also Something that I might want to do but I wanna go over it with you guys, During second half of a match, I wanna switch players out and players in. we need to changed things up and give everyone a chance, then about 3 quarters of the way thru season I will set roster and that's what we will roll with into the playoffs. I would like to hear you feedback on that and on what you saw in the match last night and where we can improve.

Practice

Hey I am not sure how many of you remember we are supposed to have practice today, Well Some of my clients are coming in to AZ and I have to take them out to dinner.... so I wont able to make it tonight, I will be on most of the weekend, we can get some practices in then, but if you guys wanna truck along without me, I want Matt And Satoshi in Charge, also I dont want you running a scrim, just get to know the map so we will have a game plan. run different routes and think like the other team, what would you do In that situation? Also I will Write up some Strats and post them on here.
