He says it goes to a certain percent, and it'll just stop and/or he has to keep pausing and resuming to get it going. What can he do? I've thought of reinstalling, what else? He really wants to play the next update.

Thoughts? I was really hoping for Spy or Engie, but this is okay I guess. Should be fun to play Spy during the release
